Our mission ‘people are our purpose’ is the foundation of our practice, character, and relationships. Since 2022, we’ve grown to a team of 73 architects, creatives, and development services professionals whose singular goal is to support each other and the projects we represent.
Our teams work 36 hours a week, with office hours available Monday - Thursday. This allows employees to flex time to Friday as needed to make up for any time needed throughout the week and save PTO hours for future use.
We love seeing our professionals earn licensure and certification in their fields! We're proud to provide financial and mentorship support for staff pursuing their architectural licensure.
