Kinetic’s team structure is all about collaboration and teamwork. As such, an Account Manager is responsible for leading the team for a corporate account. They will work closely with the Principal/Studio Leader and will serve as client liaison and lead the team. They will also guide, mentor and work closely with the Design Coordinator and Project Manager to make the projects successful. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team and coordinating the design and development of corporate architectural projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and our internal design team to deliver innovative and high-quality architectural solutions that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.

What Pre-Requisites You’ll Have:
- Degree from NAAB Accredited University, Architectural License preferred
- Typically 6-8+ years experience

How You'll Integrate:
- You’ll work closely with the Principal/Studio Leader to ensure project success and coordination with all disciplines.
- You’ll mentor, lead, coach and train a team of talented staff members, providing guidance and support through their production efforts on the project.
- You’ll oversee and provide guidance on design concepts, plans, and proposals to ensure projects align with client requirements and company standards.
- You’ll meet with clients regularly to discuss project goals, provide updates, and make any necessary adjustments to designs.
- You’ll collaborate with other departments, such as interior design and development services and liaise with contractors and consultants to ensure cohesive project execution.
- You’ll participate in the creative process, contributing to the development of design ideas and overseeing the production of detailed drawings and specifications.
- You’ll review project documentation and perform Quality Control checks at each stage of the project before handoff to Kinetic’s Quality Control Committee to ensure that the process is met and that drawings are up to date with accuracy and compliance with regulations and Kinetic standards, maintaining high-quality output.
- You’ll monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any financial or timeline issues that arise to keep projects on track.
- You’ll independently solve problems encountered with little supervision.
- You’ll stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices by attending conferences, workshops, and continuing education courses.
- You’ll follow all aspects of Kinetic’s HR Handbook.
- You’ll handle administrative responsibilities such as approving timesheets, managing resources, and overseeing office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- You’ll be a problem solver – there to help mitigate issues as they arise with clients and staff in the most efficient and empathetic way possible.
