They will work closely with the Principal/Studio Leader and will serve as client liaison and lead the team. Kinetic is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Experience Officer as well as provide administrative support to the administration department for Kinetic. The CXO is responsible for managing culture and experience. The primary goal is to develop relations with Clients, Employees, and Consultants to continually provide and improve a positive experience throughout their journey. The CXO monitors customer interactions and assures that the company is adequately responding to project needs, adhering to schedules, addressing complaints, concerns and suggestions for improvement.

This role will coordinate and manage executive scheduling, prepare and organize important architectural materials and plans, and support meetings with the preparation of meeting materials. This role serves as the eyes and ears for the CXO, connecting clients, projects, and critical business information to the CXO, ensuring meetings and materials are efficient and effective and serves as a trusted partner to deliver for the priorities of Kinetic.

The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the CXO’s needs.
