In this role, you’ll take ownership of interior design scope across a variety of commercial projects, helping bring spaces to life from early concepts through construction. You’ll collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and consultants while producing thoughtful, buildable design solutions that balance creativity, functionality, and technical precision. This is a hands-on role where your ideas matter and your ability to execute them is just as important.
You’ll also play a key part in shaping the next generation of designers, mentoring junior team members while continuing to grow your own skills in a fast-moving, supportive environment.
3D SCANNING TECHNICIAN
We're looking for a 3D Scanning Technician to join the Krew.
If you’re a tech-savvy problem-solver who loves working in the field, capturing the built environment in detail, and supporting design teams with precise site data, this role is for you.
As a 3D Scanning Technician at Kinetic, you’ll be on the front lines of innovation, traveling to project sites to document existing conditions using advanced 3D scanning and photography equipment. Your work provides the foundation our design teams rely on to develop accurate as-built models and documentation. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, independent, and excited by the intersection of technology, construction, and design.
NOTE: This position is 100% travel. If that's something that get's you excited - this might be the perfect role for you to get into the architectural industry while traveling to sites all over the US!
SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER
We're looking for a Senior Architectural Project Manager to join the Krew.

In this role, you will lead high-volume corporate architectural projects from concept through completion while serving as the primary client liaison. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, balance design excellence with budgets and schedules, and ensure every project delivers quality, innovation, and impact. This role matters because you are the connector between vision and execution, clients and teams, creativity and accountability.

Working closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, and clients, you’ll bring ideas to life through innovative, functional, and visually engaging spaces. You’ll balance design vision with technical precision—translating client goals into buildable, code-compliant realities while mentoring others and keeping projects moving smoothly. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where creativity meets execution.
PROJECT ARCHITECT
We're looking for a Project Architect to join the Krew.

As a Project Architect at Kinetic, you’ll bring design concepts to life—balancing innovation, functionality, and feasibility.
