FINANCIAL COORDINATOR

FINANCIAL COORDINATOR

Kinetic Design + Development is looking for a Financial Coordinator to join the Krew. If you’re a detail-driven professional who thrives on organization, accuracy, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you.  


As a Financial Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, making sure our finances stay sharp, accurate, and aligned with our strategic goals. From expense tracking and vendor coordination to reporting and audit prep, you’ll keep the numbers in check and the processes efficient. You’ll collaborate across departments, support leadership with timely information, and handle sensitive data with the utmost integrity. Your work makes a direct impact on our ability to innovate and deliver for clients, while ensuring the firm’s financial health stays strong.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate and update spreadsheets, databases, and reports to support financial analysis.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
  • Track expenses and receipts, reconciling with bank statements.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records of financial documents.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and confirm financial data.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and data security protocols.


Tools You'll Use:

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Microsoft 365 (Teams, Planner, Outlook)
  • Dropbox
  • Adobe Suite or Bluebeam
  • QuickBooks or other accounting software.


What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred).
  • Experience in finance, accounting, or data entry (architecture or construction industry experience a plus).
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with cloud-based applications.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor, integrity, and strong communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license for occasional off-site tasks.
  • Desire to be active in the local community.

Job Type:

Full-time (36 hours)


Work Location:

Onsite Kinetic Office;  (Springfield, MO)


Work Hours:

Monday–Thursday 7:30 am – 5:30 pm


The salary for this role starts at $40,000.00

Our teams work 36 hours a week, with office hours available Monday - Thursday. This allows employees to flex time to Friday as needed to make up for any time needed throughout the week and save PTO hours for future use.
