
Kinetic Design + Development is looking for a Development Coordinator to join the Krew. If you’re an organized, detail-driven professional who thrives on problem-solving and keeping projects moving forward, this role is for you.
As a Development Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to link between our teams, permitting authorities, and project stakeholders. You’ll handle permitting, due diligence, and documentation with precision, making sure projects stay on time, in budget, and set up for success. From researching jurisdiction requirements to preparing submittals and tracking milestones, you’ll keep the process running smoothly while building strong relationships along the way. If you love solving puzzles, staying organized, and supporting high-quality project delivery, this is the role for you.

Our teams work 36 hours a week, with office hours available Monday - Thursday. This allows employees to flex time to Friday as needed to make up for any time needed throughout the week and save PTO hours for future use.
